Contest Rules:

1. Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter.

2. How to participate:
   Facebook – mention the name of your farm/or entrant name in the contest comment area.
   Complete an online form on the webpage: en.prevtech.ca/win 

3. How to win one of four PrevTech units:
   The deadline for participation is March 14, 2021 at midnight.
   The deadline for the designation of winners will be March 17, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Winners will be announced on March 17, 2021 at 12:30 p.m.

4. Prizes will be awarded at random by drawing, one entry allowed per Farm / Participant. 

5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be traded for cash value.

6. The winners will be contacted directly by phone. Winners will provide consent to PrevTech and allow them to share their names on social media, email, and with local media.

7. The prizes will be delivered by hand to the winner with a photo taken no later than 30 days after the announcement of the winner. If the winner withdraws, another draw will be made to reallocate the prize.

8.  The person for whose benefit a publicity contest is held, his employee, his representative, his agent or a member of the jury and the persons with whom they are domiciled cannot participate in this contest.

9. Any disagreement regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Quebec Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

10. To win the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity confirming that he/she is over 18 years of age on the date of the draw and confirmation that he/she is the owner of the Farm, a member of the Farm family. or an employee of the Farm.
